Disneyland packages: New relief package to arrive on Disney World resort
Disneyland, FL — Disneyland Resort announced Monday that the company will be offering packages of relief and supplies to residents of the resort.
The company said the relief package will be delivered on Friday, March 1st, at the resort’s main entrance to Walt Disney World.
The packages include food, clothing, toiletries, diapers, hygiene products, clothing wipes, toilet paper, and water.
“As the number of guests has decreased, we want to ensure our guests and employees are well-prepared for the changes that will occur during the busy season,” said Kristin E. Smith, Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Disney.
The company is offering a $3,000 gift card for the first month of the relief and supply package, and a $5,000 donation to the local food bank.
The relief package also includes complimentary hot meals, bottled water, snacks, and snacks for guests who cannot stay overnight in the resort hotel.
The company also announced that guests who are unable to stay at Walt Disney’s Contemporary Resort will be able to stay in one of the hotels’ guest suites.
During the peak season, Disney will be operating Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney Springs Resort, as well as Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot International Food and Wine Festival.
Disney also announced it will be extending its Magic Kingdom vacation and the Disney California Adventure park through February.
